Tony was born in 1916. Tony's father is Neil V O'Loughlin and his mother was Mary Ethel Emery Butler. His maternal grandparents were James Patrick Butler and Mary Jane Gillen. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Laurie, Brian, Moira, Sheila, Patricia, Betty, Philomena and Andrena. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 75 on July 13th, 1991.
